Nimrod Antal
If you were a fan of Nimród Antal’s newest entry into the legendary Predator franchise, then get your wrist blades, heat vision and bloodied spinal columns ready as we’ve got the skinny on what to expect when the flick hits home in the UK on November 1st. Unfortunately, if you haven’t yet made the climb to high-def, you might feel a little shafted...
Say what you want about Nimrod Antal's Predators. Yes, it had more than a few faults, but at the very least it was the best movie featuring these alien-hunting beasts since Danny Glover (or should we say Murtaugh) went toe-to-toe with them in LA. We're looking forward to its absolutely STACKED home video release and have every bit of news you need to prep for it yourselves!
Though Predators was met with mixed fan reaction, it was still the best damned Predator flick to come out since the interstellar hunter blew up Los Angeles! Well guess what, kids? It looks like Robert Rodriguez is getting set to take another stab, or slice, or evisceration at getting the flick right!
No more stills. No more trailers. No more waiting. Nimrod Antal's Predators is in theatres NOW, and we have the verdict on whether or not it was worth the wait. Here's an early hint -- HELL YES!

Back in 2007, I wrote a very angry review of Aliens vs Predator: Requiem, which ended with this depressing statement: "The fact that Fox opted for this franchise instead of the Ridley Scott/James Cameron Alien 5 collaboration or Robert Rodriguez’s epic Predator 3 script will forever be one of Hollywood’s biggest blunders. Now that they’ve effectively ruined both franchises, the next move will probably be to go back and remake the first films in each series, permanently screwing the fans out of any good future installments."
And the Predators coverage continues, this time with all four clips in one convenient place! Some you have seen, some you haven't. Either way, dig it!
Two more videos have made their way online to get you geared up for next week's cinematic hunt! A MAX set tour through Robert Rodriguez's Troublemaker Studios and a new character profile for a Yakuza badass named Hanzo.
No, it’s not Samuel L. Jackson. It’s an awesome marketing ploy to go along with the movie! With Snakes on a Plane many of you may remember the option where you could have Samuel L. himself call your friends with a recording inviting them to see the movie. This one is a bit more interactive ... and a bit more destructive as well!
Another clip found its way online today for Nimrod Antal's Predators, and I swear things just look better, and better, and better, and better, and ...
More goodness has found its way online today for Nimrod Antal's Predators, and all I want for Christmas is for it to be July 9th already!
And the Predators' march to the big screen continues all over the world as we've just gotten our hands on a look at the Singapore one-sheet and a new Japanese television spot!
Dig on all of the goods below.
Synopsis
God forbid we're allowed to see gore in our trailers here in America. Someone may get scarred for life at the sight of fake blood and latex! The Predators international red band trailer has hit online today, and it puts ours to shame. YAY! Well, thank god for the interwebs!
Good news, bad news, kids! The second TV spot for Predators is finally out there. So what's bad about that? It's been bootlegged and uploaded to YouTube. There's lots of new footage to dig on including your first look at a decloaking Predator. Hang tight while we try to get a higher quality look for you guys, but this should do for now.
