At the beginning of the week, our own Jonathan Barkan shared the news that Jonathan Straiton’s STD horror film Night of Something Strange (review) would be hitting VOD platforms today; and in honor of the occasion, Dread Central has joined with seven other websites/blogs for a digital trading card hunt. If you’re among the first 25 horror fans who collect these cards, you could receive a code for one free download for the film on iTunes.

Terror Films is releasing the STD-infected zombie movie NIGHT OF SOMETHING STRANGE across multiple worldwide digital platforms beginning TODAY, July 7, 2017. To celebrate, they are also releasing 8 digital trading cards and 8 movie clips that will be available on select horror blogs and websites.
It’s Spring Break! Five teenage friends (who are lucky enough to have Scream Queen Brinke Stevens as their high school teacher!) set out for the beach, only to have their good times cut short when one of the group, Carrie, contracts an unusual venereal disease at a gas station bathroom. The friends get detoured to an isolated motel in a small town where the STD turns out to be something that can’t be treated by a shot of penicillin and begins turning those infected with it into the living dead.

Somewhere online there are 8 blogs or websites that have been “infected” with digital trading cards with colorful images from the film. The first 25 people who collect these jpegs and repost all 8 of them on the Terror Films Facebook page will receive a code for one free download for the film on iTunes.
