Nick Gomez Puts a Hit out on Dexter

Back in January “The Walking Dead” star Nick Gomez revealed via Twitter that he had scored a recurring role on the new season of Showtime’s “Dexter.” While it was great news, we didn’t know who he’d be playing. Well, we do now.

TVLine is reporting that Gomez will play hit man Javier Guzman, who also goes by the nickname El Sapo. According to the site the character will find himself frustrated when Debra gets in between him and his target, which probably isn’t great news for Dexter’s sis. He joins new cast members Charlotte Rampling and Sean Patrick Flanery.

“Dexter,” starring Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter, returns to Showtime on June 30th.
