The Tale of Tales

Earlier this year Salma Hayek kicked a whole lot of ass in Joe Lynch’s Everly. Up next she feasts on the heart of a beast in Matteo Garrone’s The Tale of Tales, which looks absolutely bonkers in the best of ways. Trust us when we say that you haven’t seen a trailer like this before!

Loosely based on stories from Giambattista Basile’s 17th-century fairytale collection, the fantasy film also stars Vincent Cassel, Toby Jones, and John C. Reilly.

Synopsis:
The film weaves realistic and fantastical elements together into three different storylines, one of which involves a giant beast.

Bruce Campbell Gives New EVIL DEAD Films His Blessing

Published

on

As we all know by this point, not only has Ash vs Evil Dead been canceled by Starz, but star Bruce Campbell has officially retired as Ash. But what does he think of the Evil Dead films continuing on without him?

Well, a fan over on Twitter just asked Bruce that very question and Campbell responded: “Not that they need it, but of course. Lots of unexplored stories and crossovers in the Evil Dead universe.”

You can check out his tweet below, which basically gives all the “okay” needed for Jane Levy to return as Mia for more Deadite action should the opportunity arise. Hoo-ray!

Are you happy to know Bruce is cool with the series continuing on despite is absence? Make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!

Hopefully, we’ll hear more news on a possible sequel to Fede Alvarez’s remake aka Evil Dead 2 in the near future. Until then, stay tuned!
