Andeson Talks Resident Evil 4, Castlevania Status

As an early Christmas presents for fans everywhere, IGN got word today that Paul W.S. Anderson is currently working on the script for Resident Evil IV! It’s so exciting I can barely contain myself.
”Everyone at [game developer] Capcom has had their input into the idea and they’re all very excited. I don’t want to tell you what it is but it’s very exciting.” Anderson told the site. “The game is constantly [evolving] and so is the movie franchise. We’re doing it very much in conjunction with the developers of the videogame to give the audience something fresh but something that fits within the world of the videogame.”
All I want is more zombies and less superhero Mila. Is that asking too much? Anderson also stated that Castlevania, which he also wrote, is on hold for now until the SAG issues are straightened out and everyone can agree to play nice. I guess whatever keeps him from doing more Alien Vs. Predator film is all right with me.
