Apartment Zero DVD (click to see it bigger!)Can you believe it’s been almost 20 years since Apartment Zero came out and someone is just now getting around to putting it out? Craziness.

Thankfully it’s Anchor Bay who’ve taken the initiative to get it on DVD, because they’ve got some goodies planned for it. Set for release on February 20th, the disc will contain a brand new anamorphic transfer of the original 124-minute cut and commentary by director Martin Donovan, writer David Koepp, and Steven Soderbergh according to Davis DVD.

Apartment Zero, for those who may have missed it, stars Colin Firth as the owner of an apartment complex who is deeply anti-social and refuses to interact with any of his tenants. The rising cost of the medical bills caused by his dying mother forces him to look for a roommate and in comes Jack Carney (Hart Bochner), whom he immediately finds himself attracted to. A very strange relationship built on lies and deception begins, and things get very bad for both of them. Check out our review of it here for more!
