Guillermo del Toro’s Haunted Mansion Moves Forward; Ryan Gosling Joins Cast?

When it comes to the status of Guillermo del Toro’s Haunted Mansion movie for Disney, things have been as silent as a tomb. That changes today though as The Wrap is reporting that Oscar-nominated actor Ryan Gosling is in talks to star in Del Toro‘s film based on the much beloved attraction.
Haunted Mansion has been in development at Disney for several years, as the project was first announced at Comic-Con in July 2010.
D.V. DeVincentis (High Fidelity) is currently working on the script for the supernatural family film.
