Presto – Nerve Gets a Title Change and Lands First Cast Members

Some quick news regarding the next film from Paranormal Activity 3 and 4 directors Henry Joost and Ariel Shulman, entitled Nerve. The film, an adaptation of the Jeanne Ryan YA novel Nerve will now be known as Presto.
According to IMDB, Dave Franco And Emma Roberts are set to headline the flick which was adapted by Jessica Sharzer from Ryan’s novel. Production Weekly is reporting that Lionsgate is just two weeks out from principal photography beginning.
The movie “follows good-girl Vee (Roberts), who breaks out of her shell after plunging into an online game of truth-or-dare called “Nerve” with the sexy and mysterious Ian (Franco). However, Vee quickly finds the initial thrills turn dark as the stakes grow increasingly higher and the game turns personal – ultimately revealing just how far she will go to win Nerve.”
