Twin Peaks Trouble Just David Lynch Being… David Lynch

Earlier today we brought you the news that David Lynch had said there’s been some complications getting a new season of “Twin Peaks” off the ground. Apparently that’s news to Showtime, the channel on which the long awaited third season is to air.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the network has already received all of Lynch’s scripts, greenlit “Twin Peaks” as a limited series, and signed Kyle MacLachlan to reprise his starring role as Agent Cooper. “Nothing is going on that’s any more than any pre-production process with David Lynch,” a source close to the show said. “Everything is moving forward, and everybody is crazy thrilled and excited.”
