Another indie flick is heading our way that looks to get more than just a little red on us. It’s okay to soil yourself, kids! The Laundry Man is on his way!

From the Press Release:
SGL Entertainment is pleased to announce that they have just picked up the rights for Laundry Man, a horror film written and directed by Johan Vandewoestijne and produced by James Desert. The film is currently in production and will be released worldwide in 2016. Johan, who resides in Belgium, is best known for his films Lucker the Necrophagous (1986) plus Rabid Grannies (1988). And, from the looks of their first teaser trailer, Laundry Man will surely live up to its expectations.

Laundry Man will be available in the US and Canada on Blu-ray, DVD, Comcast Xfinity Cable TV, and the top VOD Sites like iTunes, Amazon Prime, Google Play, M-GO, and more in 2016 via SGL Entertainment with their partners MVD Visual and Indie Rights Distribution. SGL Entertainment is headed up by Jeffrey A. Swanson and Damien Dante with Massimiliano Cerchi handling foreign distribution.

Synopsis:
One day a police patrol is called to investigate a strange smell in a building that is situated in a neighborhood where there is quite a lot of chemical activity. Just before they arrive at the site, the driver can barely avoid a collision with a young woman who crosses the street. The woman, Laurie, is covered in blood, and her entire body is wrapped up in barbed wire. She tells the cops that she was kept prisoner and was able to escape.

The story is partly based on the crimes committed by American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, as well as on the crimes committed by the Belgian-Hungarian pastor Andras Pandy, in combination with the dangers that occur on different chat sites on the internet.
