Friday the 13th Update

Don’t know about you guys, but my hopes of seeing a new Friday the 13th movie this year are quickly dwindling. The bottom line is we’re already into 2015, and this latest update from producer Andrew Form doesn’t exactly scream it’s happening.
According to Collider, Form offered the following as an update: “Just working on the script still. Hoping to make that movie this year, and Brad [Fuller; producing partner in Platinum Dunes], I’m gonna confirm that Jason is in the movie!”
As far as we know, David Bruckner (The Signal, V/H/S) will be in the director’s chair. No mention of the planned November 13, 2015, release date was made. In theory I guess it could happen.
Here, let me help with the script… Kids show up in the woods. Kids get murdered in gruesome ways. That’s all we want. Thanks.
