As you can see, Kelly also sent along a selection of artwork from “Far Cry”, taken from the lobby cards made for the omnibus that the short is part of, Gallery of Fear, which is due for release in its entirety next year.

“A Far Cry From Home” follows a young gay couple when they stop at a “hex store” in the northern New Jersey wilderness. Unbeknownst to them, the family running the store are a homophobic religious sect who don’t take kindly to their kind ‘round these parts. If the lobby cards are any indication, this one looks pretty brutal!

Dig the official trailer below and stay tuned for more news from the Gallery of Fear anthology as it nears release. Be sure to visit Dark Carnival’s official site for a look at the rest of this year’s lineup!
