We’re closing in on the October 2nd premiere date of Season 6 of “The Vampire Diaries,” and The CW has released a quick new teaser for the premiere. Dubbed the “Bite Back” trailer, it reminds us of old friends who are lost but not forgotten…

Several guest stars and new recurring members of the cast have been announced for the show’s sixth season including Chris Wood, Gabrielle Walsh, Colin Ferguson, Marco James, Emily C. Chang, Jayson Warner Smith, and Jodi Lyn O’Keefe.
