Indie filmmaker Darren Field dropped us a line to let us know that his latest shortform anthology film, Vault of the Macabre, is online and ready for your viewing pleasure. Even cooler? It features the voice work of some of horror’s heavy hitters!

This anthology of four short horror/macabre poems is narrated by Elvira, Mistress of the Dark; the great Clive Barker (Hellraiser, Nightbreed, Candyman); Adam Baldwin (“Firefly,” “Serenity,” “Chuck”); Samantha Newark (the voice of Jem in “Jem & The Holograms”), and Larry Kenney (the voice of Lion-O in “Thundercats”). It also features an original score from composer Russell Bell and the talents of James Unsworth and Jane Elsmore.

Yeah, it’s a bit rough around the edges at times, but given the talent field amassed, it’s more than worth a look and listen! Dig it!
