Gamescom: Bethesda Announces Season Pass for The Evil WithinThe biggest horror release of the year got even more frightening today, as Bethesda Softworks announced the season pass for The Evil Within, which includes three add-ons that are planned for the game.

The first DLC for The Evil Within will allow you to play as The Keeper (aka Boxman), one of the game’s most publicized monsters. The add-on will include a selection of mission-based maps that Bethesda calls “sadistic.”

The next two add-ons will be a two-part collection, focusing on a story-driven mode featuring Juli Kiddman, protagonist Sebastian Castellanos’ partner. Players can expect its story to “reveal hidden motives and harrowing evil.”

Purchasing the season pass for $19.99 will give players a discount when buying the game’s DLC.

The Evil Within is the next game by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami and promises to return survival horror to its roots by moving away from the action-oriented genre it has morphed into and focusing on survival and resource management.

The Evil Within will be available October 14th for PS4, Xbox One, PS7, Xbox 760, and PC.
