We’ve Got True Blood & Pics!

We’ve been all over HBO‘s “True Blood” – the new vampire series from “Six Feet Under” creator Alan Ball – ever since it was first announced. As you may remember, several staff members here received a mysterious red-seal envelope that unleashed a cool viral marketing game at Blood Copy and Revenant Ones that also spilled some key plot details.
The series is set in Louisiana in a world where vampires have unveiled themselves to mankind. Thanks to a Japanese synthetic called “Tru Blood” which gives vamps a substitute for the real thing, the two races start an uneasy co-existence and this week we received another mysterious package with a sample of the stuff. Yum!
Reader “Samson” also dropped us a line with these juicy pictures from the series, which is looking more and more like the antidote to Fear Itself. No release date has been announced yes, so keep it here for more details as we get ’em.
