The Olympics have just begun, but we’re looking forward to three weeks from now when “Grimm” and “Hannibal” team up. And NBC has just whet our appetites even further by releasing the official synopses for Ep. 3.13, “Revelation,” and Ep. 2.01, “Kaiseki,” respectively.
“Grimm” Episode 3.13 – “Revelation” (airs 2/28/14; 9-10PM)
THE SEARCH FOR A SCALP-COLLECTING SERIAL KILLER CONTINUES AS MONROE’S BATTLE AT HOME INTENSIFIES — Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) fights an impossible battle to convince his parents (guest stars Dee Wallace and Chris Mulkey) to embrace the life choices he’s made. Meanwhile, Nick (David Giuntoli) turns to Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) to help him figure out the Wesen aspect of his cop-killing scalper investigation.
On the Royal baby front, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) learns new information that forces him to contact Adalind (Claire Coffee) in the interest of keeping her and the baby safe from Viktor (guest star Alexis Denisof). Shohreh Aghdashloo also guest stars; Russell Hornsby and Reggie Lee also star. Written by David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf and directed by Terrence O’Hara.

“Hannibal” Episode 2.01 – “Kaiseki” (airs 2/28/14; 10-11PM)
WILL’S INNOCENCE CONTINUES TO BE TESTED AS CYNTHIA NIXON AND GILLIAN ANDERSON GUEST STAR — Will (Hugh Dancy) is determined to fight for his innocence as Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) and Jack (Laurence Fishburne) try to wrap their heads around the fact he’s behind bars.
Meanwhile, Alana (Caroline Dhavernas) faces a strained relationship with Will while Kade Purnell (Cynthia Nixon) with the FBI pays him a visit.
Also starring Hettienne Park, Aaron Abrams, Scott Thompson, and Gillian Anderson.
