After Dark Heads Into the Sanatorium this Holiday Season

It’s been well over a year since we’ve heard a peep about After Dark’s latest film, Sanatorium, and today comes word that it’s quietly being released onto home video this holiday season. Read on for all the details!
On December 23rd Lionsgate Home Video releases the After Dark Original film on DVD, digital HD, and VOD platforms. A fitting date, considering the supernatural spook-show takes place on New Year’s Eve.
Sanatorium is directed and written by Brant Sersen (Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story, Splinterheads) and stars Kate Riley (College Humor), Megan Neuringer (“Kroll Show”), and Don Fanelli (“Inside Amy Schumer”).
Synopsis
On a bitterly cold December night, a paranormal investigations team has set its sights on the bloody Hillcrest Sanatorium to answer the age old question: Is there life after death?
With rumors of hauntings and local children gone missing, they may just get their answer the hard way when members of the team mysteriously disappear, leaving behind unnerving evidence…
