Own a Piece of the Killer Klowns!

Joe? Noooooooooooo! As a long time prop collector, builder and seller, I am always on the lookout for unique pieces to add to my vault. Usually you’d see one or two items from an obscure/cult flick appear every once in a while, but right now there are quite a few props for sale from a certain movie involving alien jesters!

An eBay seller known as scorcherchamp is currently auctioning off six amazing props from Charles Chiodo and Edward Chiodo’s Killer Klowns from Outer Space: Three clown heads, the decapitated biker’s noggin, the gag that knocked his melon off and a full size cotton candy cocoon are currently up at pretty damn reasonable prices.

While this sort of thing isn’t our normal routine for news, I know there are at least some of you that have a stimulus check burning in your wallets. What better way to boost the economy other than buying a dead dude in a cotton candy coffin?!

Mike Phalin

Since 1997, Michael Patrick Phalin has been a contributing writer to various websites including Dread Central, iMockery, Bloody Disgusting and KrytenSyxx. During the early 1980s, Phalin's love of the movie industry was fueled by the VHS tapes he found during his time spent at the video rental store his mother worked at. Rather than attending a daycare regularly, young Michael would form a tower of tapes with interesting cover art and go watch each one, the very first of these being the original 'A Nightmare on Elm Street.' From that point he was hooked on horror and the process behind creating special effects. In his twenties, Mike met Steve 'Uncle Creepy' Barton and was soon aiding the horror website Dread Central with film reviews. As the site grew in popularity, Phalin soon started writing news stories and conducting interviews on a daily basis. After a few years, he decided to take a break from writing to focus on other opportunities. After moving to a beach community with his wife Michelle, both were cast to appear in the final season of A&E's home improvement show 'Fix This Yard' in 2013. This event rekindled Mike's love of the entertainment industry. Between the time he spends being with his family, Michael continues to contribute to Dread Central both with writing and photography. In his mid-thirties, Phalin took up oil painting after being inspired by an episode of Bob Ross. Pieces of his artwork and photography can be found on his Tumblr and official website.

Hmmm. You should tell your girl to keep the Rabbit in her purse. No use throwing it away if it’s still perfectly useable.

However, the cotton candy cocoon is pretty hot. Especially with (I think it’s him) Royal Dano’s face sticking out of it.

I’d go for this purchase, but I don’t have $1500.00 to throw around on corpse-cocoons. Besides, my wife would make me put it in the garage. And I’m sure the 20 year old cotton candy doesn’t taste good anymore.

“But Hon, I was thinking we could put it in the bedroom. You know, next to our bed?”

Now that I think of it, I would probably end up in the garage if I suggested that.

“Hello… Yes dear… Yes… Well, I was on Ebay and saw this huge yam-shaped pink thing with a head… and so, I bought it… Yes, large… pink… with a head… What do you mean should we get rid of your Rabbit?… Since when did we own a rabbit?

    :-/

A raccoon with a big cack?

Wow. I’ll prolly kill myself trying to find furniture that would match a cotton candy cocoon.
