We’ll be treated to the “American Horror Story: Coven” fall finale tomorrow night with Episode 3.09, “Head,” but first it’s time to go “Inside the Coven” for a look into the gruesome past of the Louisiana-born socialite Madame Marie Delphine LaLaurie, played so masterfully by Kathy Bates.
