AFM 2013: Ellen Barkin, Isla Fisher, and Jim Parsons See Visions
If there's anyone in the genre to keep an eye on at the moment, it's Blumhouse Productions. Founded by Jason Blum, the company has been responsible for many horror hits and needless to say has built up more than enough credibility to warrant being excited about anything and everything they touch.
Up next from Blumhouse is a thriller called Visions, which will be directed by Kevin Greutert, who helmed the sixth and seventh installments in the Saw franchise.
As per Deadline, news has just come out of the American Film Market that Blumhouse is negotiating with Isla Fisher, Ellen Barkin, and Jim Parsons (pictured) to star in the thriller, which the company is selling at the event. Big name talent for their next paranormal outing, to say the least!
In the Lucas Sussman-scripted film, a pregnant woman joins her husband at his vineyard home and begins to have unsettling visions that get increasingly more realistic and terrifying.
