Read on!

Powerman 5000, whose hits include the tracks "When Worlds Collide" and "Nobody's Real," and whose latest (and currently untitled album) is slated for release next year via Universal Music Group, will be playing The Whiskey (8901 W. Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood) on Wednesday, September 25th, prior to taking the stage with Rob Zombie on October 2nd at Rob Zombie's Great American Nightmare, and we've got two pairs of tickets for you to the former. How can you snag them? Tweet this article both to Powerman5000 @therealSpider1 and to Dread Central @dreadcentral, and we will select and notify two lucky recipients, who'll find a pair of passes waiting for them at the door the night of The Whiskey gig.

Chatting with Dread Central, Powerman 5000 vocalist Spider One stated of the West Hollywood show, "It's going to be a great night! We haven't played live in almost a year so we are all anxious to make some noise. The plan is to debut some new stuff from the upcoming record as well as all the old favorites!"

As for what fans can expect of the new album, which he's been writing with ex-American Head Charge and current PM5K guitarist Nick Quijano, he offered, "The new album is shaping up to be monster! It's a party for the end of the world! A celebration for the alien invasion! A mix of metal guitars, buzzed out synths and subsonic beats! All topped off with me screaming the secrets of the universe into your ear holes!"
