Help Pick the Artwork for Fright Night 2: New Blood
Alrighty, kids! Excited for the upcoming sequel to the remake of Fright Night (at least we think it's a sequel; we really cannot tell from the synopsis)? Then here is your chance to help pick out the official artwork for the flick! Read on for details.
In the flick Chris Waller plays the role of “Evil” Ed Bates. Christopher Mintz-Plasse played “Ed” in the remake and the character was already killed off. Why he's back is anyone's guess. Will Payne will play the lead role of Charlie, which was played by Anton Yelchin in the 2011 version. Sean Power is playing Peter Vincent, and they will all star alongside “Dexter”'s Jaime Murray, Sacha Parkinson, John-Christian Bateman, Liana Margineanu, Alina Minzu, Adi Hostiuc, and Joelle Coutinho.
Eduardo Rodriguez directs. Look for it in stores on October 1st.
When high school student Charlie attends a study abroad program with his horror-obsessed friend “Evil” Ed and ex-girlfriend Amy in Romania, he soon discovers their young attractive professor Gerri (Jaime Murray) is a real life vampire. Too bad no one believes him. In fact, Evil Ed finds it amusing, and it only feeds his vampire obsession. When Gerri turns Ed, Charlie seeks out Peter Vincent, the infamous vampire hunter (well, he plays one on TV) who is in Romania filming his show “Fright Night,” to teach him how to take down Gerri before she gets to Amy, whose blood will cure Gerri of spending eternity as a vampire.
