Savages Crossing Finally Gets a North American Release; Also Heading to the UK and Japan

Best known for his chilling performance in Wolf Creek, after that movie was completed, Australian actor John Jarratt wrote, produced, and co-starred in Savages Crossing, and now – finally – the film is getting a North American release from MVD Distribution.
Savages Crossing has a street date of August 20th, 2013. In addition, it will be released on DVD in Japan by Aya Pro and in the UK by 101 Films. Meanwhile the UK’s Horror Channel will screen it throughout 2013/14.
Starring John Jarratt, Craig McLachlan, and Chris Haywood, Savages Crossing follows a group of strangers forced to take shelter in an Outback roadhouse whilst a flood rages around them. But the danger lurking within is far greater than the threat from outside. As the water level rises, so does the tension, as the line between hunter and hunted starts to blur.
