The Horrors of Gene Simmons

Gene Simmons got some horror!Gene Simmons really has done it all, save for directing to date, and now he’s got another chance to shine and show how cool he is: Gene Simmons’ House of Horrors, a new trade paperback coming our way from IDW Publishing.

The series was originally run as a three-issue quarterly but gained acclaim for both its stories and art, so IDW decided to compile the tales in a TPB with wraparounds by Simmons as well as a new collection intro. ”Each story will be written and drawn independently, with wraparound commentaries by myself,” Simmons said in a press release. ”The fact that I’m powerful and attractive will only add to the stunning effect of the stories.”

How can you not love that attitude? There will also be three short prose stories written by Simmons’ son, Nick, and a cover by Matt Busch. Look for more info on Gene Simmons’ House of Horrors at IDW’s official site!
