Exclusive Sales Art Debut for The Inhabitants; See a Pair of New Production Stills

Back at the beginning of 2017, we got the first word on The Inhabitants, Michael and Shawn Rasmussen’s follow-up to Dark Feed; and now today the brothers are debuting the film’s new sales art plus a pair of production stills.
Written and directed by the Rasmussens, The Inhabitants stars Michael Reed and Elise Couture Stone. They told us that with regard to the film, “We were fortunate enough to shoot in one of the oldest houses in New England as well as parts of Salem, Massachusetts, including The Witch House Museum.”
“Built in 1690, the Noyes-Parris House was at one time owned by Samuel Parris, who played a role in the Salem Witch Trials. His daughter and niece were two of the accusers. It was also a stop on the underground railroad and has the hiding places to prove it. The current owner is convinced the house is haunted, and after a few late nights shooting there, we’re not ready to disagree.”
As for the tone of the film, they confirmed what they told us last year: “[It] is very much a throwback to some of our favorite horror films from the 70’s and 80’s like The Changeling, Rosemary’s Baby, The Haunting of Julia, and of course The Shining.”
Lascaux Media and Sinister Siblings Films produced the project.
