Syfy Crashes a Plane into a New Show
As if there weren't enough reasons to not get into a plane (thereby letting someone you don't know control your fate at 35,000 feet while you're offered peanuts for your trouble), the Syfy channel is poised to give us yet another show to keep us from flying the frightening skies.
Deadline is reporting that the network has bought a drama spec written by Alfonso H. Moreno ("NCIS").
The untitled project, from Fox TV Studios and Ross Fineman’s FtvS-based Fineman Entertainment, starts off with a meteorite striking a plane. The only two survivors find themselves sleepwalking and waking up with no memory of their actions. On the run from the government, they must figure out what happened to them and prove their innocence. Moreno and Fineman executive produce. Of course some alien-based subplot complete with horrid CGI will be thrown into the mix.
