It’s hard to believe that I was only in the third grade when Beetlejuice first creeped onto the silver screen to deliver gross gags and vulgar jokes. Ah, what a great thing to raise a kid on. Look at how far it has gotten me! Enough of that though…
NECA’s seventh series of Cult Classics action figures has now added the ‘ghost with the most.’ Beetlejuice, the title character from Tim Burton’s 1988 classic has been waiting a long time for a good action figure. Sure, back in ’89 there was that line by Kenner, but we horror fans of the now crave detail and realism!
Since he does not get along well with others, Beetlejuice won’t be on store shelves until sometime this summer. Oddly, his accessories were not listed, but NECA assures us that they will be revealed soon. Will he come with his shrunken head? Shrimp figures? Brothel girls?! We’ll have to wait and see.
