Pieces Put Together Again

Remember Juan Piquer Simón’s Pieces? It was that odd tale of a chainsaw/butcher knife killer who was using parts of his victims to create some sort of girl creature for reasons unknown.
It isn’t particularly memorable, but a number of years have passed since I’ve seen it so maybe it is good news that Grindhouse Releasing is putting out a new DVD of the film. Fangoria got the first look at the new art for Pieces, and we also learned that a hefty amount of new material will be added along with a hi-def transfer of the film. Now we get more detailed photography of Paul “Bluto” Smith!
