If you’ve never been the victim of a home invasion, then count yourself lucky. Do you have any idea what it’s like when a group of masked psychos barge into your house, start throwing hacky sacks at you and yell odd things like, “I cast fire ball spell“?
The only thing more terrifying than rogue LARPers breaking into your house would be nuts in masks who actually carry REAL weapons. Such is the case in The Strangers, a film by Bryan Bertino that stars Liv Tyler, Scott Speedman, Gemma Ward, Kip Weeks and Glenn Howerton. Unlike a few other thrillers and horror pics that are gearing up for theatrical run this year, The Strangers looks better and better each time we see a clip or new trailer.
Yahoo Movies posted the theatrical trailer today for the flick, and damn if it doesn’t look sweet. Too bad the release date is still two months away.
