Another cable series is getting a showrunner shuffle, and this time it’s not “The Walking Dead.” See? Miracles do happen! THR is reporting that the newly installed showrunner Mark Hudis is being replaced by “True Blood” veteran Brian Buckner.

Hudis replaced creator-showrunner Alan Ball for the show’s upcoming sixth season. Writer-producer Brian Buckner, who has been with the vampire series since its first season, has taken over the position for the show’s not-yet-concluded filming season.

Look for more from this blood-sucking extravaganza soon!
