Big Ghostbusters Announcment at SDCC

Tantalizing. I wonder what it could be? At this weekend’s WonderCon, the guys at SlashFilm got their hands on the flyer you see below, stating that a very big Ghostbusters announcement would be made at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.
We’re pretty sure it’s not the Ghostbusters video game since that’s already been announced, sort of. Also, the presence of “Sony Pictures Home Entertainment” on the flyer indicates this is something fresh and new…
Perhaps a direct-to-DVD Ghostbusters sequel? Will the Hell Bent plot finally get a chance to be filmed? Maybe it’s the long-rumored all-CG movie? Or, considering this art is the same as on the recent re-release DVD, it could just be a Blu-Ray announcement, which would really piss me off. Whatever it is, it’s not going to be Ghostbusters 3 with all the original cast, of that we can be fairly sure, so it won’t be as cool as we’d want.
