Lionsgate Releasing Kevin Greutert’s Ghosts in 2014

It’s been a couple of months short of a year since last there was anything to report concerning director Kevin Greutert’s (Saw VI and Saw 3D) latest film entitled Jessabelle, but it now has a new title and even a release date.

Bloody Disgusting reports that the film is tentatively titled Ghosts, and Lionsgate will be releasing it on January 10, 2014. The flick stars Sarah Snook, Joelle Carter, Mark Webber, Ana de la Reguera and Amber Stevens.

The film is being brought to us by the folks behind Paranormal Activity, Insidious, Sinister and the forthcoming Dark Skies – Jason Blum, Paul Young, and Peter Principato, who are producing for Blumhouse Productions and Principato-Young Entertainment.

Synopsis
After losing her fiancé in a horrific accident, Jessabelle is forced to recuperate at her father’s ruined Louisiana mansion, where she discovers a strange gift from her long-dead mother and a terrifying presence determined to destroy her.
