Seeing as it’s Valentine’s Day and all, I thought I’d share with you a story about a loving mother, her daughter and a undying population that wishes to feed them to a giant tentacled beast! Ah, nothing says “love” quite like a mixture of H.P. Lovecraft and zombies.
Ambrosia Publishing sent us a copy of their newest horror graphic novel “They Do Not Die” and it is pretty killer. The story is about a “young girl name Megan on the cusp of adulthood. As her boyfriend and classmates change around her, Megan discovers that once anyone in the town turns eighteen their souls are traded to a cyclopean beast in the mountains for immortality. She doesn’t believe that immortality is worth trading your soul, and tries to save both herself and her little sister from their fate.”
You can check out a 12-page preview of “They Do Not Die” by clicking here. The 98-page graphic novel, by Scott O. Brown and Horacio Lalia, should be hitting store shelves in April at only $7.95.
