Take a Look at the Jurassic Park Sequel that Almost Was
While Jurassic Park 4 is gearing up for production, years ago there was a script written by John Sayles for a proposed fourth film which ultimately got canned. The script featured genetically engineered human-dinosaur hybrids that were super smart gun-toting mercenaries. Wanna see 'em?
The images below were brought to light by Badass Digest via Reddit. Leaked onto the wonderful interwebs is a series of concept art created by artist Carlos Huant, along with a couple of ILM sculpts. To say this concept was a bit out of the box is an understatement. Check it out for yourself, and sound off in our comments section below.
Universal has set Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver (Rise of the Planet of the Apes) to write the script for the fourth Jurassic Park film, which will be produced by Steven Spielberg and Kathleen Kennedy. Spielberg won’t direct.
Look for more on this one (hopefully) soon!

Roger Corman's probably already doing pre-production work on TRIASSIC TEAM OMEGA as we speak.
This is strictly B-movie type stuff. Definitely not JURASSIC PARK.

I like the concept, just not for a Jurassic Park movie. It's too far into science-fiction. Just don't let the Sci-Fi Channel (nope, won't spell it their way) get a hold of these. I smell C. Thomas Howell's next film...
