After Dark Circling Script for Beatus

After Dark Films is looking to dip its toe back into the waters of the genre that built it. So what gory glories can we expect from the studio in the near future? If they have their way, everyone will be bleeding from the wounds of Christ with Beatus.
MovieLine reports that After Dark Films is looking to pick up the script to Beatus by writing duo Kristen Ruhlin and Tony Repinski. The story revolves around a girl who experiences symptoms of the Stigmata and discovers that true evil may be within the walls of the Church. Repinski and Ruhlin worked together previously on the horror flick Dark Highway.
