NEWS
After being incarcerated in Czech prison for five weeks, Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe is finally free! Read his official statement here.

No Use for a Name frontman Tony Sly passed away at the age of 41. Details are scarce at the moment. Our hearts go out to his family, friends and fans.

Further Seems Forever will release Penny Black on October 23rd via Rise Records. The recently reunited band is fronted by Dashboard Confessional‘s Chris Carraba.

Century Media Records has signed Twilight. The black metal supergroup features members of Sonic Youtth, Nachtmystium, Krieg and more. They are currently working on their third album for a 2013 release.

MUSIC
Listen to a new Full of Hell song entitled “Return to the Mines” featuring Mike Riley of Pulling Teeth here. The track comes from their upcoming split with Calm the Fire, due out in September via Holy Roar Records.

Watch Pierce the Veil‘s music video for “King for a Day” featuring Kellin Quinn of Sleeping with Sirens here. The band’s new album, Collide with the Sky, is out now on Fearless Records.

Watch Machine Head‘s music video for “Darkness Within” here. It’s a good video for horror fans. Their latest release, Unto the Locus, is out now on Roadrunner Records.

Watch the lyric video for Lynyrd Skynyrd‘s new single, “Last of a Dyin’ Breed,” here. The southern rock icons’ new album of the same now will be released on August 21 via Roadrunner Records.

Watch the trailer for Coheed and Cambria‘s new album, The Aftermath, here. It gives off a 2001: A Space Odyssey vibe. The double concept album will be released in two volumes: The Afterman: Ascension on October 9 and The Afterman: Descension in February 2013.

Watch Chrysta Bell‘s music video for “Birds of Flames” here. The song features none other than David Lynch, so the short film is fittingly bizarre.

TOURS
Hatebreed, Whitechapel, All Shall Perish and Deez Nuts will be touring together in the fall. Dates can be found here.

Taking Back Sunday will perform Tell All Your Friends in its entirety for its 10th anniversary with support from Bayside and more. Tour dates are here.
