Look at That, Plane Dead Lives

Wow, remember Plane Dead? It’s a movie about zombies on a plane, one of two we’ve known were in the works for a while now. The other is Flight of the Dead, but it’s been a long time since we’ve heard anything about that. Of course, it’s been a long time since anything’s been said about Plane Dead until today.
Today the official site for the zombie film has appeared online, and it’s jam-packed with gut-munching goodies. The story is about a 747 that houses a scientist whose only carry-on is a coffin containing the body of one of his associates who happens to be infected with a genetically engineered virus. Of course said virus makes him a zombie, and after the plane goes through two thunderstorms, he’s out and looking to do some necking.
Among the aforementioned goodies is a trailer that gives the impression of a film filled with characters that I can’t wait to see die in horrible ways, but the one and only Kevin J. O’Connor (The Mummy, Deep Rising) is among them, so there’s the reason to see it alone.
