Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Falls to Brave Kid Flicks
Kid flicks once again reign supreme at the top of the box office, but hey! At least two genre flicks are going strong! Read on for the latest on what rose and what fell at your local box office. That is, once you get back from taking the kids to Madagascar 3.
According to Box Office Mojo, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (review) clocked in at a healthy third place while Prometheus dropped from second to fourth. The two top spots went to Brave and Madagascar 3, respectively.
Honest Abe took in $16,500,000 over its debut weekend, and Ridley Scott's latest spooky space flick broke the $100,000,000 mark by grossing $108,547,000 total since its release. In other news Snow White and the Huntsman dropped from fifth to sixth in the top 10, and Men in Black 3 dropped three spots from sixth to ninth.
