Supernatural's Mark Pellegrino Goes Grimm
If you've been watching "Supernatural" recently, you know one thing: Actor Mark Pellegrino is one of the best and most memorable Satans we've seen in quite some time. Now he's ready to spread his evil a bit further into the land of the "Grimm."
TVLine reports that Pellegrino has landed a guest starring role on the second season of "Grimm." Pellegrino, who has played the devil on "Supernatural", and Jacob, the protector of the island on "Lost," will portray an old high school friend of Russell Hornsby's Hank, whose daughter goes missing. He also happens to be a coyote-like creature called a coyotl.
The second season of Grimm will debut Monday, August 13th at 10/9c before moving back to its regular Friday timeslot on Friday, September 14th at 9/8c.
Inspired by Grimms' fairy tales, "Grimm" follows Portland homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt, played by David Giuntoli, as he battles supernatural forces. Bitsie Tulloch portrays his fiancée, Juliette Silverton, with Russell Hornsby as his partner, Hank Griffin, and Silas Weir Mitchell as his confidant, Monroe. Reggie Lee and Sasha Roiz co-star. It is produced by Universal Television with Hazy Mills Prods. and GK Prods. Sean Hayes, Todd Milliner, David Greenwalt, Jim Kouf, Naren Shankar, and Norberto Barba are executive producers.
