I guess if you’re a resident of the great state of Texas, it’s only fair that you should be able to see The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (review) before anyone else, right? The folks behind Friday Night Frights seem to think that makes sense, too.
Together with the site run by the organizers, they’re having a free screening tomorrow at 7:30 pm at the Cinemark 17 in Dallas. Click here for the details on how you can be a part of it.
The following night, while everyone else is catching up on The Beginning goodness, will be the Friday Night Frights presentation of Freddy’s Dead: The Final Friday in glorious 3-D, which we told you about a while back. Star Leslie Dean will be on hand after the screening, which is the first time the film’s been shown with the optical effect intact since it was released in theaters. More info is here!
