From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series Heading Down Under in SeptemberWhile visiting our usual YouTube haunts, we came across eOne Australia’s page and found some interesting news regarding when our fellow fiends Down Under will be able to check out the surprisingly good “From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series” on home video.

Look for Season 1 of El Rey Network’s first original series, “From Dusk Till Dawn,” on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital on September 24th in Australia. It hits the US on September 16th, and you can pre-order it now.

No specs for either release are available yet, but stay tuned.

“From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series” stars D.J. Cotrona as Seth Gecko and Zane Holtz as his brother, Richard (“Richie”). Other cast members include Jesse Garcia, Eiza González, Wilmer Valderrama, Adrianne Palicki, Jake Busey, Don Johnson, Madison Davenport, Lane Garrison, Robert Patrick, and Brandon Soo Hoo.

Synopsis:
In this supernatural crime series, Seth Gecko (Cotrona) and his violent, unpredictable brother, Richie Gecko (Holtz), are wanted by the FBI and Texas Ranger Freddie Gonzalez (Garcia) after a bank robbery left several people, including policemen and Gonzalez’s mentor, Texas Ranger Earl McGraw (Johnson), dead. Heading for the Mexico border pursued by Gonzalez, the Geckos encounter former minister Jacob Fuller (Patrick) and his family, whom they take hostage by commandeering the Fullers’ RV. Rerouted to a strip club populated by vampires by a drug lord contact, they all must fight until dawn in order to survive.
