You know there’s a fine line between inspiration and imitation. One look at the trailer for the movie Shame the Devil and you’ll easily be able to pinpoint how the filmmakers felt about the flick Saw!
From director Paul Tanter comes a movie that’s trying incredibly hard to emulate James Wan and Leigh Whannell’s 2004 Saw. The question is… is this a loving homage and testament to that film’s staying power or is this just a lame cash grab that’s arrived about 9 years too late?
