The powers-that-be behind the film adaptation of Alterna Comics’ The Chair chose the right person to appear in their new teaser trailer. The great Bill Oberst, Jr., is front and center, and we can’t think of anyone better to send shivers down our spines this fine Easter Sunday!
Producer, co-writer, and creator of the graphic novel Peter Simeti previously said of the teaser, “If [it] doesn’t let you know what you’ll be in store for, then nothing else will. We are making a horror film that has as much ‘brains’ in it as it does ‘guts’.”
Adaptation helmer Chad Ferrin and Dave DeFino co-directed the trailer, which stars Oberst as The Warden. Also appearing in the film are Eric Roberts, Naomi Grossman, Zach Galligan, Derrick Damions, Susan Eisenberg, Ezra Buzzington, Kyle Hester, Jacob Banser, Loren Lester, Timothy Muskatell, and Kin Shriner.
