Denis O’Hare Will Play a Freak Collector in American Horror Story: Freak Show

Plot details are still being kept under wraps, but we know that the next season of “American Horror Story” will have a carnival theme and that several recurring cast members will return. One of those actors is “True Blood’s” Denis O’Hare, who just spilled some beans about his character.

In an interview with Vulture, O’Hare confirmed that he will be appearing in all ten episodes of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” and doing battle with Jessica Lange’s character. “I’m going to be working at cross-purposes with her. We’re going to be like this,” he told the site, crossing his fingers.

Without giving too much away, O’Hare hinted that his character will be “a collector of freaks,” rather than a freak himself.

The other cast members announced thus far include Emma Roberts, Gabourey Sidibe, Jamie Brewer, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, and Frances Conroy. Michael Chiklis is also on board, playing the father of Evan Peters’ character and Kathy Bates’ ex-husband.
