So as you can see, the next issue of Rue Morgue is getting all misty. As well it should, since The Mist is one of the most anticipated horror films in recent memory; for once I don’t mind the mag putting the film at the front of most fan’s mind on the cover. Not that they do it very often, mind you.
Within you will find interviews with Frank Darabont and star Thomas Jane, as well as more Lovecraftian treats you have to look forward to. The Rue crew also takes a look at three horror-themed board games, just in time for that Halloween get together in which girls don’t get drunk and naked, a review of the latest Festival of Fear, a chat with Lloyd Kauffman about his chicken, and a lot more!
Rue Morgue #73 will be on stands come November 1st in better book stores everywhere. If the one nearest you isn’t one of them, be sure you call them up and ask they start carrying it, they’re guaranteed at least one customer. Better yet, sign up at Rue Morgue’s official site for a subscription! Then you never even have to leave the house!
