Bryan Cranston Gets Deadly in Holland, MichiganMore casting news has arrived for the serial killer-driven dark comedy Holland, Michigan, as The Wrap reports that Bryan Cranston and Edgar Ramirez will join Naomi Watts in Errol Morris’ return to feature films after many years of directing documentaries.

If “Breaking Bad” taught us anything, it’s that Cranston can do scary like no one else. Casting him as a serial killer is perfect!

The script is described as Fargo-esque. The film is a thriller centering on a woman (Watts) who suspects her husband (Cranston) is cheating. She begins an affair of her own, eventually discovering that her husband is a serial killer.

Filming begins in April so look for lots more on this one as it gets closer.

This will not be Errol Morris’s feature directorial debut.

    • Debi Moore

You are correct – according to IMDb he did direct The Dark Wind in 1991, but since then it’s been all documentaries, shorts, and a few TV specials. Thanks for pointing it out.
