Anthology Comic Evil Jester Presents Gathers Four Best-Selling Authors for Inaugural Issue

Evil Jester Presents is a slick new comic book from Evil Jester Comics. And knowing that a great story is the foundation for a great comic, the creators gathered tales from four hugely successful authors as the basis for the first book.
The twisted stories are written by none other than New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Maberry (Marvel Universe vs. Wolverine, Rot & Ruin), international bestselling author William F. Nolan (Logan’s Run), Bram Stoker Award Winner and international bestselling author Jack Ketchum (Red, The Girl Next Door) and Bram Stoker Award Winning Author Joe McKinney (Dead City). The artwork is provided by multiple artists who have illustrated for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and IDW.

Evil Jester Comics has released its inaugural comic book, Evil Jester Presents, the first of several new comic projects debuting over the next 12 months. Evil Jester Presents includes stories from Jonathan Maberry, William F. Nolan, Jack Ketchum and Joe McKinney.
“Evil Jester Presents is a wonderful renewal of the great tradition of horror comics,” said Rocky Wood, President of the Horror Writers Association.
“I’m a hopeless geek with nearly 60,000 comics in my collection—much of it horror—so this is truly a dream project for me,” said Taylor Grant, Evil Jester Comics co-founder and editor-in-chief. “For years I’ve wanted to bring back the types of horror comics I read as a kid and infuse them with the modern sophistication of today’s best horror writers. We have done just that.”
The next issue is currently in the works and is expected for publication in the second quarter of 2014.
