2014 is looking to be the biggest year for the Frankenstein monster yet with several films being released based on Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley’s titular literary character. Shelley crafted her tale, Frankenstein or The Modern Prometheus, way back in 1818. How’s that for staying power?
