AFM 2013: Julia Stiles Heads Out of the Dark

The last time Julia Stiles appeared in a horror film (the remake of The Omen), things didn’t exactly turn out so well. But she’s looking for redemption in an upcoming supernatural thriller called Out of the Dark, which is inching ever closer into the light.
As per The Hollywood Reporter, Exclusive Media has scooped up international sales rights for the film, which also stars Scott Speedman (The Strangers) and Stephen Rea (The Crying Game). The movie marks the feature debut of Spanish filmmaker Lluis Quilez.
Stiles plays Sarah Harriman, a woman who moves her family to Colombia to take over a family manufacturing plant. As you might have guessed, they soon discover that the house is haunted, and supernatural forces threaten her young daughter’s life.
